Pricing for R & M Design's services vary and differ from house to house. Understanding that each home is very unique in it's design help us to be fair and competitive.

We require 1/2 of the total staging/consulting fee before we start the job. Balance due upon completion.

For an additional fee, we will allow you to pay the balance at closing.

We do not prorate the initial fee if your home sells within the first 30 days. If thereafter it sells in the middle of the month, we will prorate the rental fee.
